Installation of Scaffolding with Trusses over lower roof for Navigation Homes.

REQUIEREMENTS:

• Installation of scaffolding

• No scaffolding to enter through lower roof

• Installation of trusses over lower roof to ensure roofers could complete lower and top roof at once

• Platforms around the entire house for builders and subcontractors

• Edge protection for roofers

COMMENTS:

To help Navigation homes with there building process, ladder beams were required across the lower sections of the roof to ensure the build more was more efficient. Spanning the scaffold across the lower roofs has always had great feedback from clients and we recommend anyone building a house with a lower roof to pursue this option.
